My journey into wellness is both professional and deeply personal. I've been a licensed massage therapist since 1999, a Pilates instructor since 2005, and became a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist in 2023. Every certification I've earned has been driven by a desire to help people move better, feel better, and live with less pain.

In 2010, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. After years of living with chronic illness and discovering that medications weren't always enough, I began searching for alternative ways to support my body's healing. That experience changed the course of my life.

As I explored different wellness modalities, I discovered the incredible power of movement, bodywork, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, infrared sauna therapy, cold plunge therapy, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness. These approaches helped me reduce stress, support my body's natural healing process, regain strength, and improve my quality of life. They gave me hope when I needed it most. I realized that if these therapies could make such a profound difference in my own life, I wanted to help others experience that same transformation.

That passion led me to create Studio 2192—a space built with intention. My vision was to create a place where people could leave the stress of everyday life at the door, reconnect with their bodies through movement, and experience multiple wellness modalities under one roof.

At Studio 2192, I bring together Pilates, massage therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, PEMF therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and cold plunge therapy, along with carefully selected wellness products, to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, accelerate recovery, and enhance their overall well-being. I believe true wellness is about caring for the body, mind, and spirit together, and that healing is not one-size-fits-all.

My goal has always been to create more than just a studio—I wanted to build a community where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired to take charge of their health. There is nothing else quite like Studio 2192 in our area, offering this unique combination of movement, recovery, and holistic wellness in one intentional space.

It is an honor to share the knowledge I've gained through my own healing journey and decades of experience. Every day, I have the privilege of helping others move with greater freedom, find relief from pain, restore balance to their bodies, and discover that healing is possible. My greatest hope is that every person who walks through our doors leaves feeling stronger, healthier, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

Hey it’s me, Sara.
